Space for dealers will be provided at the convention. Rates are set at $150 for professional dealers, which includes a trestle table, membership and an extra pass for an assistant to attend the convention. Fan tables are available at $20 each. Numbers of both are limited.

Location

Dealers will be positioned in a lockable area directly adjacent to the main rooms, right in the heart of the convention. The dealer’s room is very accessible for convention attendees, opening up both to the main hall/meeting area and a balcony, while the room itself is well lit, and has abundant natural lighting. As the room is lockable, we will have the option of locking the room during major events, if desired, and naturally the area will be secured outside of convention hours. Convention security will be on hand at all times.

Book Launches

We’ll be having a number of book launches at the convention, and more are always welcome. Book launches will be given space in the program and a location, and we’ll endeavor to fit you into the time that best suits your needs. We won’t be able to supply catering, but we will be happy to help facilitate it with the hotel if so desired.

The Public Relations Officer, Ewart Shaw, will be very happy to assist with organising media events prior to the convention for any publishers or authors taking part.
